Events from all five chapters in a single calendar view, filtered by chapter or by type — HPDE, autocross, car control clinics, tech sessions, concours and socials.

The run schedule and your group

For driving events, the day's schedule as a readable timetable — plus your run group and, if you have one, your instructor, published by your chapter from Driving Evals.

Where the information comes from

Each chapter publishes and manages its events through MotorsportReg, which remains the system of record. The app reads the chapters' event calendars and presents them in a mobile-friendly form. All registration and payment happens on MotorsportReg.

Run group and instructor assignments originate in Driving Evals, a purpose-built platform for organising high performance driving instruction: student evaluations, instructor pairing and run group planning. It is the system of record for that work, and chapters using it arrive at the weekend with the pairing already settled.

Event Marshal connects to it through an authorised integration developed with the Driving Evals team. A chapter coordinator authorises the app against their own Driving Evals account, selects the event, reviews a summary of what will be published, and confirms. The sheet then appears for members registered for that event. Re-importing replaces it, so a pairing revised during the week reaches attendees without a file being circulated by email. Contact details in the source data are removed during the import and never stored.

Privacy

Event listings are public information, already published by each chapter.
Signing in is optional. Browsing events requires no account and collects nothing.
A signed-in member sees only their own membership status and registrations. The app does not expose a member directory or roster.
Run group sheets show the same name, car and run group that is pinned to the noticeboard at the track — and nothing more.
The app stores no payment information and requests no location access.
Members can delete their account, and everything in it, from inside the app at any time — without affecting their MotorsportReg account.
